Dear Visitor, this site was designed to be best viewed in Microsoft Internet Explorer which comes standard with your Microsoft Operating System. If you choose to view our site through Firefox and have not already installed the new Internet Explorer Add-on for *Firefox, here are the SIMPLE instructions.  If you need further assistance please don’t hesitate to e-mail the webmaster of Fort Hill Motel for assistance at masterselk@frontiernet.net.

*Neither the Webmaster nor Fort Hill Motel assume any responsibility for the software upgrade that you are making to your system. Firefox is a free, "open source" Internet Engine created and owned by Mozilla and is a Internet Engine used by thousands of people daily. We are simply providing you with the link information to install this "Addon" to view a Microsoft Internet Explorer compatible website through another Internet Engine.

First go to this link: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1419

You will go to the following page:

IE Tab PG1.JPG

Once on this page click: [Add to Firefox (Windows)] Then the following screen will pop up:

IE Tab PG2.JPG

On this page you will want to click [Install now] Note that Firefox will have a count down inside of the install now box before you can click the button. Once you have done this the follow page will appear:

IE Tab PG3.JPG

Notice when this page fist loads it will download the Addon. When it is finished, you will have the option to restart Firefox when you hit the button this screen will come up:

IE Tab PG 4.JPG

When this pops up, go ahead and hit Restart again in the box that pops up. Once Firefox restarts you will notice at the bottom right hand side of you screen will be a little circle of the Firefox logo; it will look like this:

IE Tab PG 5.JPG

When you click on that symbol it will switch the browsing engine over to Internet Explorer, namely the reason this add on is called: IE Tab. When you click the Firefox logo the screen will load and when it finishes reloading the symbol on the bottom right hand side of you screen will be an E with a golden ring around  it.

This means you are now in internet explorer mode and it will allow you to view non Firefox compatible websites without having to open an Internet Explore window.
